A revolution in mental health!

I had been searching a long time for alternatives to psychiatric tranquilizers to help me cope with panic and anxiety attacks, but nothing else I tried ever seemed to work like benzodiazepines.

My healing journey began when I stumbled upon the OMNI magazine article of Dr. Meg Patterson’s Neuro-Electric therapy helping Pete Townshend through Lorazepam withdrawal and assisting other 70’s rock stars through their heroin withdrawal. I figured if it could help them, it could help me. Finally, through more searching, I found a company that manufactures the units. This little Canadian company has brought the original technology to perfection with their little Brain Tuner device.

Each day during the first month, I used the Brain Tuner for several 2 hour sessions each day; more than recommended (but each to his own!). I alternated between modes 1, 2, and 3, spending most of the time on mode 1, and always returning to mode 1 for a final time.

I gradually tapered off to fewer sessions during the second month. After this second month, I began to use the Brain Tuner for 2-3 consecutive sessions – before bed mainly – but sometimes during the day. I found it calmed me down and helped me to sleep faster, within just one hour, where previously it took me four hours to fall asleep. That’s a big improvement!

But here’s the best part: I am no longer taking tranquilizers! I have totally stopped and don't even think about those now-insignificant benzodiazepine pills anymore. I finally found a welcome and decent replacement for psychiatric tranquilizers and that is HUGE!

The Brain Tuner sessions are very relaxing, putting me into a trance-like state, which is a perfect accompaniment to my yogic biofeedback training. Even my doctor is very impressed with the results I’ve achieved using the Brain Tuner.

Nowadays, I use my Brain Tuner for "maintenance” or when needed, usually every other day or once a day before bed. My body tells me I don’t need it as much as before, which I think is a good sign. I still occasionally do long one hour sessions with it because I like them - but only when needed for anxiety. In general, I use the device daily or every other day to help me focus on my work. The Brain Tuner is super easy and safe to use.

Sleep is good for mental health and because this little miracle device also helps me fall asleep quicker and better than before, I know and feel it's making a difference in many other areas of my life. Recently, I used the Brain Tuner successfully to staunch cravings for junk-food and soft-drinks. The Brain Tuner helps me think more rationally, so after a session my brain feels "corrected". I choose whole plant-based food to eat and no longer need junk food to generate comfort.

I really like the thoughtful arm strap feature - I will go on walks and have the Brain Tuner at the ready attached to the arm band. If a panic attack comes on, I can activate the device with ease. Honestly, the Brain Tuner has revolutionized my mental health. That's the bottom line.
