Blood Pressure Woes Resolved with Brain Tuner
S.W., British Columbia, Canada

Like a lot of people, I didn’t bother too much about my blood pressure. It was always checked at occasional doctor visits, and my blood pressure was pretty consistently hovering at or just under normal.

And I certainly wasn’t experiencing any of the common symptoms of hypertension, like headaches, fatigue, irregular heartbeat, and so on. At the age of 57, I was blissfully ignorant of any looming health issues.

You can imagine my surprise when my dentist insisted on checking my blood pressure. First of all – what?! Of all the times to check blood pressure – during a dental appointment? Gee – that’s never a stressful experience (chuckle).

Little did I imagine how stressful it was about to be… After the first reading the tech looked flustered and took my BP again. The result was essentially the same. No mistake.

The dentist came over, took a look, and explained the results in his “I’m serious voice”. Normal is 120/80 or less. Mine was 172/91. It’s “Get thee to a doctor” and start the meds – likely more than one medication.

Scarier still, higher than 180 systolic is “seek emergency care”. Eight points away from that seemed way too close for comfort. Believe me, I was pretty shook, which probably didn’t help my blood pressure at all.

I wasn’t keen on the idea of a lifetime prescription for blood pressure meds (I figure Big Pharma is doing pretty well without me), so I asked around my local health food store. The consensus recommendation was Bell’s Blood Pressure Formula, which I started taking faithfully.

Bell’s BP Formula seemed to help. BP readings improved, but were still considered high and hovered in the mid-140s/mid-80s.

It then occurred to me that I had a tool at home that might be the answer. I knew the Brain Tuner is supposed to help with stress and relaxing, so maybe it would help with high blood pressure. It was worth a try.

I started using the Brain Tuner, one or two 20-minute sessions a day. The mode wasn’t too important to me, since I knew all six modes are supposed to be equally effective. I just went with whichever one struck my fancy at the time.

After three days of this plan, I took my blood pressure for the first time since starting to use the Brain Tuner. Before the Brain Tuner session, it was 139/85 - certainly better than at the dentist’s office, but not ideal.

I then did two consecutive cycles on the Brain Tuner in mode one. I took another BP reading (this was an hour after the first reading), and the results were pretty amazing: 118/72! I’d measured my BP 25 times since the infamous day at the dentist’s office, and this was the first time both numbers were in the normal range. WOOT!

I could never have imagined that something as simple to use as the Brain Tuner could solve my hypertension issue so dramatically. I couldn’t be more happy…no prescriptions… no supplements (not even the Bell’s BP Formula). Just the Brain Tuner.

Update - Three Years Later
Three years later, we caught up with SW, and she reports her blood pressure is maintaining a normal range. She’s still medication-free; has made some improvements nutritionally; added meditation and yoga to her daily routine; and she uses the Brain Tuner on a semi-regular basis. Her most recent BP reading: 126/71.
