Ive had really great success treating my plantar fasciitis at home with magnetic pulsing.
What I do is simple: I place the hand paddle on the floor in front of me while Im seated and I just rest my foot on top of it, either barefoot or with socks.
I let my heel or mid-foot sit right on the hand paddle and run one full cycle a day.
It took about two weeks before I really noticed a difference, but when it kicked in, it was obvious. My feet felt so much better, and now Im seeing almost a total reduction in pain and symptoms.
Ive also started using the pulser on my knees and on an old hamstring injury that left me with scar tissue, and its helped those areas too.
What amazes me most is that Im only just beginning to discover all the different ways this machine can support me. Its been an incredible tool for me.
