A few years ago I experienced a trauma in my personal life. I lost my apartment, my financial security, friends, family and even my fiancé. Subsequently, I fell into a very deep depression. If I even got out of bed during the day, it was really amazing. When I did get up, it was to eat or shower. It was a very low period in my life. This went on for a year or so.
